This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character) activity.
Backtagging: Awesome.
Threadhopping: No issues here.
Fourthwalling: He'd shrug it off.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): No shota, please. Aside from that, he tries to be the offensive one.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character) activity.
Hugging this character: Men can expect to be fought. Women, it depends whether he thinks you're pretty. Either way, there's a high chance of him wriggling loose/wrestling.
Kissing this character: See above, only more so.
Flirting with this character: Within reason (see "offensive subjects"). Kids crushing on kids, or trolling him, is fine.
Fighting with this character: He's really good for his age. Wrestling, punching, kicking, anything at hand as a makeshift weapon - fight scenes are OK by me, but he's scrappy. (Depending on the scenario, he may also summon Diabound - information here.)
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): No loss of body parts, please.
Killing this character: Go for it, as long as he can come back.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I love telepathy. Just give me a heads-up.
Warnings: Mostly, see "fighting with this character". Bakura picks fights, both physically and verbally, and isn't afraid of hurting others (or, within reason, getting hurt himself). As his self-anointed moniker boasts, he's also a thief - get too close to him once he figures out how modern clothing works and he'll be catching up on picking pockets. Basically, approach with caution.
Which still beats warnings for his adult self, ie, "don't approach at all."
